Noticing again and again how “unnoticed” expectations in my head are winding me up in disappointment and feeling upset. Feeling gloomy at the end of the day and asking – what happened? Well, I just thought things were going to go one way, and they didn’t. Boom. Gloom. And now? Well, now that I see that it was just about a certain “unspoken” expectation in my head that didn’t happen, well, now I feel relieved. And done.
